DAMAGED ITEMS:
We are NOT responsible for any melting, toppings falling off or broken chocolates. Even broken, slightly misshapen chocolates due to melting, are still delicious and completely edible. We understand the disappointment of receiving chocolate that is not in “perfect condition”, however if you live in a hot state, with extreme hot summers, please order until the mild weather has come or wait to shop with us when you can in person. We take an incredible amount of item, packaging with great care all products, which leave our stores, in perfect condition. We package everything with insulated pouches and ice packs. The nature of our hand crafted chocolates are delicate by nature, but can stand shipping. However, we neither control the weather nor do we control how UPS delivers the boxes. We will NOT offer any replacements, credits or refunds for any product damaged during shipping.
HOW ORDERS ARE PROCESSED:
WE REQUIRE 2/3 days to process all orders. NOTHING IS ORDERED SAME DAY & SHIPPED SAME DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. ALL ORDERS WITHOUT EXPECTION REQUIRE 2/3 DAYS TO PROCESS. We ship on a first come first ship basis.
We can not HOLD an order to ship on a specific date. We will ship as soon as the order is processed and ready.
During the summer months (June - Mid October) shipping will only be processed Mon-Wed only.
During mid October to May, orders will be shipping Mon-Friday.
During busy holiday periods, orders may require additional time to process and be shipped.
We ship using FEDEX 3 day delivery. That is the only option we offer. There is no Expedited service available. NO overnight, no Last minute rush orders.
We can not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
ALLERGEN WARNING
Please Note: Our chocolates may have come into contact with peanut and other ground nut products, as well as tree nut products such as almonds. Milk chocolate products contain whole milk powder.
LOCAL PICKUP OPTION
When selecting this option (based on local zip code), please note that we need 48hrs to get your order ready from the time you place your order. Kindly note the day & time you would like to pickup your order in the notes section of the check out page. Pickup times must fall within our posted hours of operation.
